Mr. Bullard is a paralegal who has been working in this field since retiring from the United States Army in 1995. He has extensive background in commercial real property transactions, and has also worked a number of years in nationwide collections law-related cases.
Mr. Bullard previously served as Secretary of the Legal Assistants Association of Utah.
Mr. Bullard previously served as a presenter during a national seminar of National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA).
