Civil Litigation
Ms. Dolce joined the firm in 2004, where her practice includes areas of real property law, including land acquisition, development and leasing, and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm her practice concentrated on cases concerning medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability and air crash litigation. Ms. Dolce has litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Utah, and has briefed cases for the Utah Supreme Court and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Dolce practices part-time so she can spend time with her three amazing kids.
